I’m a Super Fan of Ronan Diego de Oliveira and once more this challenge exceeded my expectations. Every day delivers high-value content in regards to the importance and benefits of fully experiencing the mastering of fasting.
My most valuable lesson learned was to practice mindful eating. Fasting and eating healthy go much beyond physical benefits.
I achieved to melt down stubborn fat, my mind is more alert during the day and at night my restful sensation improved by doing fasting.
At the end of this challenge, I am feeling mentally and physically powerful and I can feel that my body is appreciating this effort that I am doing.
Ronan always rocks with his advice, he never stops to amaze me with his health/fitness knowledge.
Intermittent fasting has given me a new sense of living. I lost 6 kilos up to now and will continue the 8/16 as it suits my lifestyle. Also, I have disciplined myself not to eat or taste the cakes that I make while at work. It is all positive and my partner is very happy seeing my determination for better health. My target is to lose 10 more kilos in the next two months. I know now I can do it, thanks to Ronan.
Before this challenge, I felt like there were issues like belly fat and fatigue that I just had to consider were here for good and must be a result of age.
Then I met Ronan. I was curious and although I had two vacations in the next 30 days I took on the challenge of this amazing class.
I lost the last 5 lbs that I thought were with me forever, lost interest in multiple mid-day naps, watched my enthusiasm for life soar, and for the first time in years, felt in control of my impulses and my body.
I’m sold on Intermittent fasting as my forever lifestyle.

Ronan taught me in a very playful and creative way, how to develop new healthy eating habits for the rest of my life.
For the last month, I managed to stick to a 16-hour fast, most days, without giving up on my active professional, social, and sporting life. I knew about healthy food and fasting, now I have a system combining both for reaching my goals for glowing, vibrant energy, longevity, and the pleasure of sharing meals with family and friends.
Before this challenge, my occasional fasting or dietary experiments would lead to a lot of emotional stress and mood swings, and I would not always stick to my fasting or healthy eating commitments, regularly skipping healthy eating plans, and reverting to bad habits, due to the practical challenges of
a busy professional life, social commitments, jetlag and hunger pangs from frequent travel and sport activity. I Am immensely grateful because what I learned from Ronan will last for life.
In December 2022, if someone had told me that I could incorporate mindfulness and discipline into my eating habits, I would have laughed. In the last 22 years, I have started and given up on many diet plans.
After a series of health issues, I decided to make some changes to my lifestyle. I decided to try intermittent fasting. That is how I discovered Ronan. He taught me a practice I’m planning to keep for life.
These are the results I’m very proud of: 6.5 kg of weight loss and significant inch loss, reduced food bill, healthier gut, healthier skin, better nutrition choices daily – green smoothie, more protein, less sugar, reduced snacking, more active life, discipline and wins in other areas of my life.
Intermittent fasting is my way of life. I look forward to achieving my health goals and adding life to my years. Ronan made me understand that I own my health.
I had never fasted before meeting Ronan. The mere thought of fasting would create a fury of hunger in me that would make me eat twice as much as usual. I was intrigued enough to start this practice and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it became. It’s certainly not the end for me, as I intend to continue fasting long-term.
I began fasting to challenge my mind/body connection and the real bonus is that I lost 13 lbs in one month! I’m now 7 lbs from my ideal body weight and I’m feeling super healthy as well as mentally empowered to control my appetite.
